What is the Toolkit?

The toolkit is created for adult educators working with disadvantaged adults

(people from rural areas, migrants, people with disabilities, etc).

It includes tools and methods adult educators can use in their work at different stages of the teaching-learning process:

planning of the lesson, flipped classroom, beginning of the lesson and creating atmosphere, carrying out the class, reflection, feedback, evaluation, and analysis of the work.

The tools have guidelines/tips for educators on how to use them, adapting to the specifics of each type of learner.
